As far as data or information is mentioned below, it is digital content of various types, such as works (including images and other graphic representations, texts, music), programs; they are usually referred to below as data.

Insofar as individual works and digital content have intellectual property rights (intellectual property rights), the respective legal bases apply, in particular copyright, design and trademark law.


The Netzhdk association or the members of the association are the owners of these rights.

The association Netzhdk appreciates your visit to our website and your interest in our offers. Since data protection is an important concern for us, we would like to inform you about how we process and protect your personal data that is collected when you visit and use our website. In doing so, we comply with cantonal data protection law (law on information and data protection, IDG) and, if corresponding regulations are applicable, with the Federal Data Protection Act (DSG) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


By using the Netzhdk website and our offers, you accept this data protection declaration and also agree to the functions explained therein, in particular the use of cookies and the use of web analysis software.


Legal grounds for processing personal data
Personal data is data and information that relates to a specific or identifiable person. This includes your contact details such as name, telephone number, address or e-mail address that you provide to us, or your IP address.

We process the personal data within the scope of our legitimate interest in providing you with information and offers, based on legal or contractual obligations or in accordance with your consent.

After that, the personal data will be deleted. However, if there are concrete indications of illegal activity or an attack on the network infrastructure, the deletion of the data can be postponed until clarification.


So-called cookies are used on the Netzhdk website. These are files that are stored on your computer or mobile device when you visit or use our website. Cookies save certain settings about your browser and data about the exchange and increase the user-friendliness and security of our website. After closing the Internet browser, temporary cookies are automatically deleted and permanent cookies remain stored on your computer or mobile device. The latter are used to record the behavior of visitors on the website and to collect statistics on website use (see Section 8).

In order to protect the security of your data during transmission, we use the most up-to-date encryption method (currently via HTTPS with an SSL certificate).


We would be happy to inform you about Netzhdk by means of various newsletters. We need the following personal data from you for registration and shipping:
- E-mail address
– first name and surname
– Address (in particular for postal delivery)

This personal data is used exclusively for sending news, event information and offers from Netzhdk. With your voluntary input and transmission of personal data, you agree to the processing, storage and use for the above purpose. The data will be used by us exclusively for sending the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties. You can unsubscribe from the corresponding newsletters at any time and the contact details will be deleted from our servers. At the end of each newsletter you will find the link to unsubscribe.


Contact us
If you contact us by e-mail or contact form, you agree that we may store your e-mail address, IP address and any other personal data you have transmitted for the purpose of processing the request and for possible follow-up questions . The personal data will only be used and forwarded to the responsible Netzhdk offices for as long as they are required for the aforementioned purpose. They will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.


Web analytics software
General information on web analysis
You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your internet browser accordingly. However, not all functions of the website can then be used to their full extent. The cookies remain on your end device until you delete them.

By using the website, you consent to the processing of data collected about you by web analysis software in the manner and for the purposes described below.

The following information can be collected:

Use of web fonts
This website uses external fonts for a uniform and appealing presentation. Register for an occasion or event
Netzhdk is authorized to process personal data for the registration for an event or an event on the basis of the legal basis of §§ 6a and 6b of the University of Applied Sciences Act. The storage time is based on the legal requirements.


Register for a course, conference or similar
For the registration of a course, a conference or the like, Netzhdk is usually authorized to process personal data on the basis of the legal basis of §§ 6a and 6b of the University of Applied Sciences Act.

In addition, with your voluntary entry in our registration form, you agree that we may process your personal data for the purpose of the corresponding course or conference administration and the sending of event information in this context. The personal data will only be used for as long as they are required for the aforementioned purpose. You can unsubscribe from the corresponding newsletters at any time and the contact details will be deleted from our servers. At the end of each newsletter you will find the corresponding unsubscribe link. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.


Rights of website visitors
Website visitors have the right to request information about the personal data stored about them and their use at any time, as well as a right to correction, data portability, blocking or deletion of this data. If consent to the use of personal data has been granted, this can be revoked at any time.

Data security and confidentiality
Appropriate technical and organizational security measures protect the stored personal data against manipulation, loss and unauthorized access by third parties and continuously improve it. However, the transmission of information via the Internet and other electronic means is always subject to certain security risks and Netzhdk cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted in this way.

The employees of Netzhdk and the service providers commissioned by us have committed themselves to secrecy and to compliance with data protection regulations in accordance with the employment order (with official secrecy obligation) or in accordance with the service contract.


Changes to this Privacy Policy
This data protection declaration can be changed with immediate effect and without notice in the course of the further development of the website and the implementation of new technologies and legal adjustments.



Netzhdk and its relatives have taken the necessary care to ensure that the published data is correct, complete and permissible.


A guarantee for the correctness, completeness and admissibility of the data and references published on the website cannot be assumed.
